Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

- 50%  Refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more. 

- No  Refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance. 

- No Refunds for unused nights or early check out. 

- No Refunds for Booking made from 15 Dec 2022 to 15 Jan 2023.

Check - in & Check - out:


  1. Check - in from 11:00 PM and check - out at 8:00 AM 
  2. Early check-in and late check-out are subjected to availability of rooms. 
  3. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out will be charged half day room rate. 
  4. Check-in will be granted only by showing the Confirmation at the Front Office, Therefore, the guest is advised to carry a copy (hard/soft) of the Voucher. 
  5. In keeping with Government regulations, we request all the guests to carry their identity card (Driving license, passport, Aadhaar card or voter's ID card) and to present it while checking in. 
  6. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa.

Booking Policy:

  1. Rooms will be blocked for 24 hours. 
  2. The booking will be booked after receiving 100% advance payment. 
  3. If the booking is within 10 days of checking-in then100 % payment is required. 
  4. A confirmation voucher will be issued only after receiving 100 % of the payment. 
  5. Travel Agents booking will be booked after receiving 100% advance payment .
  6. NO Compensation Will be provided in case of power failure , Climate or natural disasters
